For our volunteerism project, our group decided to do a recycling campaign to raise personal and public awareness of environmental issues, including the benefit of reducing, re-using and recycling of materials that would otherwise be sent to landfill sites. In addition, the money that we gained from the recycling of material will be donated to the Old Folks Home. That is the reason we stated "Recycling Drive Fundraiser" in our poster. This is one of the way to raise funds in a “green” and environmentally conscious way.
